IT Support Apprentice Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our IT Team as an IT Support Apprentice. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in IT support, while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

As an IT Support Apprentice, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff and clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with incident and problem management. You will also have the opportunity to work on various projects, including installing and maintaining new applications, and contributing to policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to staff and clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist with incident and problem management, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Work on various projects, including installing and maintaining new applications
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of IT systems and technologies
Requirements

We are looking for someone with a passion for technology and a willingness to learn and develop their skills. You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Experience of using technology and a customer service background are desirable.
