Job Summary:
Join our Racing Event Hospitality team as a Food Service Support Assistant and take part in the excitement of major events at Chester Racecourse, Bangor-on-Dee, and other prestigious venues. This role involves supporting our kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and presentation for events
- Help maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Support colleagues to ensure efficient food service delivery
- Participate in washing-up duties using commercial equipment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting (desirable)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:
We offer competitive compensation packages, including flexible working hours, weekly pay, and enhanced rates of pay. Our staff rewards program provides recognition and incentives for outstanding performance. Estimated hourly wages are £9.50 for 16-17 year olds and £14.50 for 18+ year olds.
