We are currently recruiting for a Welcome Host to join our One Square, Food & Beverage Team. The successful candidate will be an ambassador of our brand, providing a warm and welcoming experience to all our guests.

The Role:
This role involves creating a positive first impression by providing exceptional customer service, managing seating plans and restaurant diaries, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. You will work closely with the team to deliver world-class standards and live the brand's values.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Manage seating plans and restaurant diaries
- Ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests

Requirements:
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Good phone manner
- Computer skills, including Opentable and Outlook
- Previous F&B serving and Barista experience preferred

- Competitive salary: £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
