We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support the Chairman of Chester&Aldgate Ltd in his role as Chair of a global investment bank.

This is a traditional, ambassadorial role that requires exceptional client relationship management at the highest levels. The Chairman has a complex and dynamic schedule, and you will be responsible for managing all of his commitments with discretion, charm, and impeccable communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for business, charities, and the arts, and will be able to add value in a varied and exciting role across the Chairman's business and personal life. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and will be expected to be highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Chairman's calendar and ensuring that all commitments are met
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing itineraries
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Providing administrative support to the Chairman and other members of the team
  • Developing and implementing effective solutions to complex problems
