**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Support Worker in Lowestoft.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the best opportunities for vulnerable adults. You will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers to live independently and complete day-to-day activities
  • Identify and assist with opportunities within the local community
  • Provide intimate personal care according to individual needs
  • Maintain dignity and respect at all times
  • Communicate effectively and sensitively with customers
  • Liaise effectively with families and carers

Requirements:

  • A full driving license and access to your own vehicle
  • The ability to think ahead, flex, adapt, and focus to ensure Leading Lives is delivering to the expected standard of service
  • The ability to build relationships both internally and externally
