About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adoption Social Work Professional to join our team at Coram, a leading children's charity. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality family finding services for children with a plan for adoption within the London Borough of Hillingdon.
">The post holder will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment, assessment, and support of Coram approved adopters, working closely with local authority partners to ensure that all children who have a plan for adoption receive the necessary support and resources.
">As an Adoption Social Work Professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, developing and implementing strategies to improve outcomes for vulnerable children and families.

">Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
