About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Adoption Social Worker to join our Guildford Locality Team. As an integral member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and families in our community.

On a daily basis, you will engage with clients to understand their care needs and develop personalized support plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for them. This may involve conducting Care Act assessments, working with carers, and partnering with local health organizations to provide holistic care.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time staff), depending on experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement strategies to promote strengths-based practice and empowerment
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal outcomes
