About the Position

  • You will develop and deliver training programs in areas such as Functional Skills English or Maths, English for Speakers of Other Languages, and Family Learning Courses.
  • Liaising with our Community Learning Development Workers, you will participate in ongoing professional development activities, including training sessions and support meetings.
  • Your excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills will enable you to motivate and inspire learners to reach their full potential.
  • We require you to have relevant experience of tutoring, training, or teaching practice, including producing schemes of work and lesson plans suitable for adult learners.
