Job Title: Lunchtime Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Lunchtime Assistant at Bright Horizons Elm Grove Day Nursery and Preschool.

About the Role

As a Lunchtime Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for our children, aged 0-5 years, during meal times. You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure that every child feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and serving of meals and snacks
  • Ensure the children's safety and well-being during meal times
  • Engage with the children in activities that promote social and emotional development
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service
Requirements

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work as part of a team. Previous experience in a childcare setting is desirable but not essential.
