Job Title: Lunchtime Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Lunchtime Assistant at Bright Horizons Elm Grove Day Nursery and Preschool.

About the Role

As a Lunchtime Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for our children, aged 0-5 years, during meal times. You will work closely with our nursery team to ensure that our children receive the highest quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and serving of meals and snacks
  • Ensure the children's safety and well-being during meal times
  • Engage with the children in activities and play
  • Communicate with parents and carers about their child's daily activities
  • Support the nursery team in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
Requirements

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work as part of a team. Previous experience working with children is ideal, but not essential.
