**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized School Cover Team Member to join our team at Thomas Keble School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in supporting the educational needs of our students by providing cover supervision and assisting teachers with planning and preparation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, students, and parents. You should also have a good understanding of educational principles and practices, as well as experience working with children in a school setting.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide cover supervision in various departments across the school
  • Assist teachers with planning and preparation of lessons
  • Support students who require additional help with their learning
  • Develop effective relationships with colleagues, students, and parents

**Requirements:**

  • Good standard of education (minimum Level 3 qualification)
  • Experience working with children in a school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
