About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Ledger/Billings Clerk to join our team at Brebners Chartered Accountants & Business Advisers. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the sales ledger, billing, and collections processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales ledger, including billing, invoicing, and collections
  • Process and reconcile client payments
  • Respond to client queries and resolve any issues
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly statements and reports
  • Collaborate with the accounts manager to ensure accurate and timely financial information
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a billing or collections role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
  • AAT qualified or relevant degree
