About this Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Service Engineers' Technical Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the service engineering field and develop skills that will last a lifetime.

As a Service Engineers' Technical Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced engineers to provide top-notch service to our customers. You will visit our large customer base, carrying out scheduled servicing and attending to breakdowns. In time, you will become a fully qualified Service Engineer and able to go out and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist experienced engineers with daily tasks and activities
  • To carry out scheduled servicing and attend to breakdowns
  • To develop technical skills and knowledge of our products and services

Requirements:

  • A valid full driving license
  • An ability to use initiative and excellent customer liaison skills
  • The ability to carry out physically demanding work

Benefits Package:

  • Negotiable salary depending on experience (£25,000 - £35,000 per annum)
  • Overtime paid at time & a half after 40 hours in a week
