Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the delivery of oncology studies. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing clinical trials, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical development, with experience in leading global oncology clinical trials. They will possess excellent leadership skills, influencing and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global study delivery strategies.
  • Drive assessment, selection, engagement, management, and oversight of vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines, laws, and regulations.
  • Make decisions that balance risk and benefit, taking action to mitigate risk.
  • Work with matrix partners to develop and manage study-level budgets.
  • Prepare materials for governance and financial review cycles.
  • Lead investigator meetings and other study-related meetings.
  • Identify and communicate resource gaps for assigned studies.
  • Lead risk management and quality efforts to ensure study compliance.

Why You?

We are looking for professionals with the following required skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related discipline.
  • Extensive clinical development experience, equivalent to 6 years as a global study leader.
  • Proven operational experience leading global oncology clinical trials.
  • Proven leadership skills, influencing and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Oncology phase III global registrational study leadership experience.
  • Proven clinical development experience across all phases of development.
  • Experience with innovative trial design and decentralized trials.
