In this role, you will be responsible for providing personal, flexible, and recovery-focused support plans to individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs.

With an estimated salary of £31,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience, you will be rewarded for your hard work and dedication.

You will work in residential rehabilitation settings, supporting individuals with a range of mental health problems, including those with co-existing issues such as substance misuse or mild learning disabilities.
