Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker

We are looking for a dedicated Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker to join our team at Metropolitan Housing Trust.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized support plans to help individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs achieve their goals.
With an estimated salary of £29,500 - £34,500 per annum, depending on experience, you will be rewarded for your hard work and dedication.
You will work in a variety of settings, including residential rehabilitation, supporting individuals with a range of mental health problems.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of working with people with long-term mental health issues and a good understanding of the recovery model.
