Conveyancing Assistant Opportunity

Forrest Recruitment is currently working with a long-established firm based in the Liverpool City Centre area who are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the legal field and develop valuable skills in Conveyancing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and referrers to ensure smooth communication and efficient case progression.
  • Providing administrative support to the Conveyancing team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assisting with the preparation of conveyancing documents, including contracts and deeds.
  • Maintaining accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of conveyancing procedures and practices.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
