Job Title: Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced property paralegal to join our well-established office in Stamford. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months full-time experience in residential conveyancing matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and timely transcribe correspondence via audio dictation system.
• Draft straightforward replies under supervision of fee earner.
• Administer filing relating to conveyancing matters, including daily filing, opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files in accordance with departmental procedures.
• Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch in line with agreed timescales as set by the departmental head.
• Attend to clients and/or third parties and deal with enquiries in person or on the telephone, providing support in a professional and friendly way, ensuring that the Firm's client care standards are upheld.
• Carry out property searches, online form submissions, and preparing documents.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage workload with minimum supervision and work well under pressure.
