Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Associate to join our team at EdEx - Education Recruitment. In this role, you will work closely with the Class Teacher to provide academic support to students in need.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education and a willingness to learn and grow with our team. If you are an aspiring Secondary teacher looking for hands-on experience in the classroom, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Class Teacher in preparing and delivering lessons.
  • Provide one-to-one and group support to students who require extra help.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
