Job Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take on a key role within our client's Residential Development team. As part of this team, you will assist with the commercial and surveying aspects of residential projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess strong commercial and surveying skills.

Key Responsibilities:

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
