Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with site teams to ensure accurate measurement, valuation, and certification of works.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documentation, including bills of quantities and schedules of rates.
  • Analyze project data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical knowledge of building contracts, measurement, and valuation, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. The estimated salary for this position is £68,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
