About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Automotive Sales Professional. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our industry-leading products to a list of enviable strategic customers and buying groups in the central England belt.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with branch-level customers, field-based sales teams, and product management to support growth and provide key market feedback.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities at factor and branch level, while retaining and developing current customers.
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the company's brand and product portfolio.
What We Offer:
* An attractive salary of £32,000 - £40,000, plus excellent bonus and benefits package.
* A company car and 25 days' holiday.
* Life cover and up to 9% employer pension contributions.
Requirements:
* A background within the automotive aftermarket, whether as a supplier, manufacturer, or factor.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
