Learning Support Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a SEMH teaching assistant, you will be working with children who require additional support with their social, emotional and mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work one-to-one or in classes with secondary aged children who have complex learning difficulties
• Provide individualized support to meet the needs of each student
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement tailored lesson plans
Requirements:
• Experience working with children/young adults with SEMH on a 1:1 basis or in classes
• Flexibility, proactivity, and patience when working with students
• Commitment to work full-time
