About the Role:

  • As a Leisure Membership Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for potential new members, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience.
  • You'll work closely with our team to understand the individual needs and wants of our members, tailoring your service and communication to ensure they feel valued and supported.
  • With a passion for leisure, fitness, and customer service, you'll be the perfect fit for our dynamic and supportive team.
  • You'll have the opportunity to work with a range of people, from beginners to experienced gym-goers, and help them achieve their fitness goals.
  • As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our leisure club.

  • A team mentality, forming great relationships within leisure and other departments.
