About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Senior Membership Sales Advisor to join our team at Village Hotels - Farnborough. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective sales techniques and a passion for leisure and fitness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet potential new members, understanding their individual needs and wants to tailor your service and communication
  • Use effective selling techniques to showcase our facilities and services, ensuring a perfect match for our members
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed targets, driving sales growth and revenue
  • Form great relationships within the leisure and other departments, promoting a team mentality and collaborative approach

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A natural ability to interact with all types of people, using effective selling techniques and a belief in sales through service
  • A passion for leisure, fitness and customer service
  • An ability to understand the individual needs and wants of our members and tailor your service and communication around them
  • A drive to achieve and exceed targets
  • A team mentality, forming great relationships within leisure and other departments

We offer a competitive salary and uncapped commission, with a realistic OTE of an additional £4,800 per annum. If you are a motivated and charismatic individual who is passionate about leisure and fitness, we would love to hear from you.
