Morgan Sindall Construction seeks a skilled Bid Manager to lead our tendering process and manage projects from PCSA stage to final contract agreement. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in establishing winning strategies, implementing writing plans for quality lead bids, and providing support to bid team members.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage all aspects of bids, ensuring effective and inspirational bid management and leadership is provided on all tenders.
- Establish winning strategies, implement writing plans for quality lead bids, and propose commercial, programme, and risk management strategies.
- Understand and interact with the overall Morgan Sindall business to allow projection of benefits to customers through our proposals.
- Lead and manage the PCSA stage of projects through to final contract agreement and coordinate handover to delivery teams.
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in the tendering process and management of the PCSA period of a project. You must be able to research our projects and clients to demonstrate an understanding of our clients' key drivers, effectively communicating our differentiators and approach.

- Competence in multiple software platforms including Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
