Company Overview:

Farrans, a leading construction company, is seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Director to lead their water infrastructure projects. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality results, the successful candidate will oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Job Description:

As a Digital Project Director, you will be responsible for managing project teams and supply chains to deliver projects to cost, time, and quality standards. You will also take a proactive approach to managing Health and Safety on site, ensuring safety targets are maintained and actively seeking input from team members on implementing safety improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take a proactive approach to managing Health and Safety on site
  • Engage with clients frequently, building rapport and ensuring clear understanding of their objectives
  • Raise awareness among staff of our core values of being Focused, Approachable, Caring and Efficient

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in project management roles, excellent planning, coordination, communication, team management, and programming skills. A good working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme & Risk Management, and cost control including forecasting, actual cost and value reporting is essential.
