We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Specialist to join our team at SeeAbility. As a key member of our support services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
Job Description- Daily Care & Support: Assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and other daily tasks to ensure the well-being and independence of our service users.
- Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with our service users, understanding their needs, preferences, and goals to provide person-centred support.
- Empowering Independence: Encourage and assist our service users in achieving their personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations.
- Social Engagement: Support our service users in engaging in social activities, hobbies, and interests, promoting their emotional and mental well-being.
- A valid full UK manual driving license is essential for this role.
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
- Prior experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs is highly desirable.
- You should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £23,400 per annum, plus benefits including paid induction, overtime, and a fully funded professional qualification program.
