Accommodation Support Specialist

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling hire equipment efficiently, and working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless depot operations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery and collection of hire equipment to customers
- Conduct thorough inspections of equipment before dispatch
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and customer interactions
Salary and Benefits:
- $45,000 per annum
- 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
