We are seeking a highly organised individual with experience in property management to join our team as a Temporary Property Administrator.

The successful candidate will work on a 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday schedule and carry out general administrative duties for the property management team, including helping to clear paperwork and uploading it onto the CRM system, taking calls and emails, updating and maintaining the property management database, and organising and managing paperwork.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the property management team and will need to have strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, an eye for detail, and the ability to handle a high volume of work.

The salary for this position is £11.50 per hour.
