Job Summary:

Pertemps TM is seeking a skilled Junior Electrical Estimator to join our team. As a Junior Electrical Estimator, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Senior Estimators in preparing estimates for various sectors, including Healthcare, Education, Fit Out, and Commercial projects across the South and South West of England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledge and review new project inquiries
  • Set up new project files and maintain accurate records
  • Request and negotiate quotations from suppliers
  • Arrange and minute meetings, follow up on action points, and ensure seamless project handovers
  • Update target documentation, run reports, and maintain a comprehensive CRM system
  • Schedule and conduct site surveys to gather essential project information
  • Prepare and send estimates, incorporating value engineering options to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Perform follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and project progress
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline, and collaborate with the project management team for successful project delivery
  • Attend regular learning sessions to enhance skills and share ideas with the team
