About the Role

As a Senior Information Security Manager at Net Talent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our information assets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing information security policies, standards, and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, with experience in risk management, compliance, and governance. You will be a strategic thinker, able to develop and implement effective information security strategies that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans.
  3. Implement security controls and measures to mitigate identified risks.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure information security awareness and training.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of information security principles, best practices, and standards.
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and vulnerability scans.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective information security strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
