Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional pastry dishes in our fine dining restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of health & safety and compliance with relevant legislation.

In addition to preparing creative desserts, you will also be responsible for training and motivating junior chefs, and supporting the Head Chef in maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role with a reputable hotel or restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests
