We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team at KFF, a regional food wholesaler based in Maidstone, Kent. As part of Sysco, the world's largest foodservice provider, we offer a unique opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets within a defined geographical area, selling a range of chilled, ambient, and frozen products from our KFF range. You will be expected to generate new business opportunities, develop existing customer relationships, and track performance against agreed KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To exceed sales targets and company profit margin targets.
  • To maximize business for the company through existing customer base using intelligent and efficient call coverage.
  • To generate new business opportunities with customers matching KFF's target profile.
  • To track daily, weekly, and quarterly performance against agreed KPIs and targets.
  • To ensure all administration is up to date and acted upon.

Requirements:

  • Highly service-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to build relationships and drive business growth.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn and develop.
  • PC literate with Microsoft packages, specifically Excel.
