We are currently hiring a skilled Residential Property Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Kent.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and technical competencies:

  • AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified (or an equivalent professional body)
  • Experienced in conducting Level 2 (HomeBuyer) and Level 3 (Building Surveys)
  • Have a full valid UK driving licence and own vehicle to travel for site inspections
  • Be proficient with IT
  • Be a self-starter taking initiative with the ability to work independently
  • Have good time management skills
  • Be able to complete detailed quality reports to Company standards and adhering to the RICS guidelines
  • Pay attention to detail and have excellent organisational skills
  • Have the ability to meet tight deadlines and produce reports in a timely manner
  • Be friendly and personable, able to provide clear and actionable feedback and suggestions

With an OTE of £80,000+, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career while making a significant impact in the industry.

As a Property Surveyor, you will mainly work with property owners, omitting the need to coordinate with mortgage companies. Utilising our efficient templates, you'll navigate through your expertise in building structure, before crafting detailed reports ensuring an accurate and polished end product.
