Job Opportunity: Property Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Property Surveyor to join our team at Michelle Denny Recruitment. As a Property Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting Level 2 (HomeBuyer) and Level 3 (Building Surveys) and providing detailed quality reports to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting property surveys and inspections
  • Preparing detailed reports and recommendations
  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders
  • Working independently and as part of a team
  • Meeting tight deadlines and producing high-quality reports

Requirements:

  • AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified (or an equivalent professional body)
  • Experience in conducting property surveys and inspections
  • Proficient with IT and able to use efficient templates
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
