Role Overview

As a Learning Support Professional for Students with SEN, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the learning experiences of students identified as having additional needs. Your expertise will help students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

You will work closely with students, teachers, and support staff to provide tailored support that meets the unique needs of each student. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development
  • Collaborate with the SENCO and SEN department to implement EHCPs
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEN
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Regularly report on student progress to teachers and support staff
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual with experience working with students with special educational needs. A good understanding of Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or Moderate Learning Difficulties is essential.

A strong communication and teamwork approach is vital, as well as the ability to work flexibly within dedicated SEN teams committed to helping students achieve their potential.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £90-£110 per day, as well as access to CPD and training opportunities through Teaching Personnel and directly with schools.

You will also benefit from a supportive environment with dedicated SEN teams and flexible start dates, including roles available for January and Easter.
