Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred care to our residents, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless care delivery, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the care experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they're tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues, promoting a culture of kindness and compassion within our care home.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements
  • A valid NMC registration and PIN number.
  • Experience working in a care home or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and families.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care, with a commitment to kindness, compassion, and empathy.
  • A willingness to learn and develop, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
