Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a nurse at HC-One, you'll have the opportunity to build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work closely with multi-professional teams to deliver person-centred care, advocating for residents' needs and preferences.
  • Mentor and support colleagues in their professional development, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans, ensuring they're tailored to individual residents' needs.
  • Participate in safeguarding training and reporting concerns, upholding our commitment to protecting vulnerable adults.
