Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

In this role, you will lead a wide range of Quantity Surveying tasks, including cost planning, valuation, and reporting. Your responsibilities will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, analyzing data to inform business decisions, developing and implementing effective risk management strategies, coaching and mentoring junior staff members, and strengthening relationships with clients and contractors.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and oversight to junior staff members
  • Participate in bid proposals and presentations
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Monitor and report on project progress and finances
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communications

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior quantity surveying role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
