Sports Coaching and Employability Manager

About the Role
The Sports Coaching and Employability Supervisor will oversee and support the development and delivery of student coaching and officiating programs within the QMSU Sport and Employability Academy (SEA). They will also assist in the development of professional coaches across QMSU Club Sport and performance sport, ensuring high standards of training and support for all participants.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a degree or considerable equivalent relevant experience in a sport-related subject and a Sports Coaching/Officiating Qualification. They will have excellent communication skills, excellent organisational and time management skills, and the ability to support and motivate a team of coaches.

Queen Mary University of London Students' Union is a representative and campaigning organisation providing high-quality services, activities, and opportunities for Queen Mary University of London students. The Students' Union's mission is to listen, act, and improve students' lives. The Barts and The London Students' Association is a division of the Students' Union and supports students within the School of Medicine and Dentistry.
