About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our new Programme team based in Lincolnshire.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of property maintenance services to Platform Housing Group and partners housing stock. This role requires a people-focused individual with a proven track record of delivering capital investment works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multi-trade team and indirectly support the line management of planning colleagues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet contractual timescales and key performance indicators.
  • Support the strategic growth of Platform Property Care.
  • Cover the out-of-hours duty manager rota, including weekends.

Requirements:

  • Experience of people management, both colleague and contractor, within a maintenance services environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire, motivate, and engage your team.
  • Proven experience of monitoring, measuring, and managing service performance.
  • Strong experience of delivering maintenance works on time and to budget.
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to use IT-driven MI to analyse performance and identify trends.
