Direct Medics is a leading healthcare recruitment specialist providing expert services to Allied Health Professionals of all bands and specialties for long and short-term locum roles throughout the UK.

We are currently working with qualified Associate and PWP Psychologists to help them find new and exciting opportunities with the UK's National Health Service. As such, we are recruiting on behalf of the NHS for Associate Psychologists to work within a range of Psychology Services and in particular, with severe mental illness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer a range of psychological interventions within an Assistant/Associate Psychologist role in the UK
  • Experience of Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and/or experience working with Severe Mental Illness
  • First or Upper Second Honours degree or other higher degree in psychology
  • Eligibility for graduate membership of the British Psychological Society
  • Master's level psychology or therapy qualification
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Full UK Drivers License
