Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and vibrant individual to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant in Brent, London. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting primary-aged children with special educational needs (SEN) to reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside excellent leadership teams and experienced professionals, delivering engaging lessons following the National Curriculum and providing tailored support to students in whole-class, small-group, and one-to-one settings.

This is a rewarding role for recently graduated individuals or those looking to gain hands-on experience working with children with SEND. If you have a degree in Psychology or Education, with a specialized knowledge of SEND, and previous experience working with vulnerable children, we encourage you to apply.

  • A degree in Psychology or Education with a specialized knowledge of SEND from a top UK university
  • Previous experience working with children with SEND
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, patience, and resilience
