Job Description

Trial Balance Consulting is currently seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to support one of our valued clients during a temporary period of absence. The successful candidate will be based at the company's headquarters near Penryn, working closely with the existing team to ensure seamless continuity.

Main Tasks:

  • Assume overall responsibility for the company's financial functions
  • Enhance and maintain internal control processes
  • Guarantee compliance with relevant financial regulations
  • Foster effective collaboration with external partners and major suppliers
  • Regularly provide comprehensive financial reports
  • Oversee payroll administration (excluding administrative duties)
  • Cultivate open dialogue between investors and internal stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess a strong academic background, including professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. They should also demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, proficiency in preparing financial reports, and familiarity with current accounting standards and budgetary controls.

Salary Range: We estimate the annual salary for this position to be in the range of £60,000 to £80,000, contingent upon your qualifications and experience.
