Farrer & Co is a leading law firm that advises corporate, institutional and private clients with interests in commercial property on all aspects of transactional and non-transactional business. We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Office Administrative Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have previous secretarial experience in a law firm and be qualified to GCSE standard, grade C (or equivalent) at Mathematics and English. They will also have a good knowledge of all systems/processes used within the Department and be able to create typed work of a high quality, formatting in accordance with house style, at high speed, with accuracy and following internal guidelines.

In this role, you will provide document production support, maintain accurate records of all files sent to off-site storage via Records, and prepare bills, as required by Fee Earners. You will also carry out conflict searches and correctly identify the work type.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
