Frontline Team Supervisor

As a Frontline Team Supervisor with Compass Group UK&I, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations in Defence. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career and gain valuable experience in team management.
The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a comprehensive training program, opportunities for career advancement, and a competitive pension scheme.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
- Supervise a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
- Be a responsible key holder
- Assist with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
- Produce weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
- Place orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
- Delegate where necessary and ensure the team are proactive at all times
- Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations
- Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
- Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service
- Team player and can-do attitude
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
