NHS 111 Operational Performance Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Operational Performance Manager to join our NHS 111 team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading performance management processes, driving quality and efficiency improvements, and ensuring compliance with national and contractual standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage performance management processes to achieve exceptional performance levels
  • Develop and implement strategic projects to drive company growth
  • Collaborate with the resource planning team to ensure appropriate staffing levels
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Qualifications in business or management
  • Expertise in contact centre technologies including NICE, Redwood, Mitel, call routing, ACD functionality, reporting etc.

  • Competitive salary of £46,148 to £52,809 per annum

  • Comprehensive Training: Four weeks of full-time training, followed by three weeks of supported practice
