Cleaning Operations Manager

Are you a motivated and experienced team leader looking for a new challenge?

As our new Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff at one of our prestigious customer sites. Your main aim will be to supervise the team, undertaking daily inspections of the site and ensuring staff are working productively and safely.

You will be working 5 days over 7, 14:30 to 18:30, 20 hours per week, on a permanent, part-time basis.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with customer representatives to address any specific requirements or concerns.
  • Managing equipment, materials and stock levels.
  • Training and developing staff.
  • Carrying out general cleaning duties.
  • Controlling costs to ensure services are delivered within agreed budget.
  • Supervising quality control procedures to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Conducting team briefings to cascade information to staff.
  • Ensuring staff present a professional image.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
