Job Title: Cleaning/Waste Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning/Waste Operative to join our team at ABM UK. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning and waste management services to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality cleaning services to our clients, including janitorial and waste removal duties.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
  • Respond promptly to client requests and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Basic DBS check and willingness to participate in random drug and alcohol testing.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment.
  • First Aid at Work certificate (desirable).
